Regardless if you want change here in Dallas or not, there is little doubt that throughout the league you will see teams move on from the current regime. This has potential to cause a shift here in Dallas in two ways: Either we are able to poach some talent or some of our talent could be poached. So I am curious what some of your guys expectations are for who gets fired. And if you would like anyone on that staff.
Arizona Cardinals
Ken Wisenhunt - Offensive Minded coach who has served as Coordinator for the SuperBowl winning Steelers. His offense always have a trick or two up their sleeves.
Ray Horton - Defensive Coordinator who has Dallas Ties.
Kevin Spencer - Special Teams Coordinator. Provides fundamentally sound coached units.
I will add more later tonight. But this is just to provide an idea of what I am talking about. I would be thrilled with either of those three (assuming Redball stays - and Ryan gets a HC gig). So thoughts/opinions/desires? _________________

San Diego Chargers
Rich Bisaccia - Special Teams Coordinator. Coached on the SuperBowl Winning Bucs. Knows the value of a good kicking game and blocking kicks.
Norv Turner - Offensive Minded guru who would be an asset in play calling.
Cris Dishman - Secondary coach. Has helped develop safety Eric Weddle.
Don Johnson - Defensive Line Coach who has developed some fantastic talent and gotten a unit working together. _________________

Bisaccia and Turner from San Diego... That makes our coaching staff high caliber. _________________

New York Jets
Rex Ryan - Great defensive mind, like his brother. If we have to lose one Ryan, it may be easier to replace him with another.
Tony Sparano - Last time him and Redball teamed up, the offense was highly ranked.
Mike Westhoff - One of the very best Special Teams Coaches in the league. I doubt he leaves New Jersey, no matter what. _________________

Westhoff is retiring.
I don't think Rex will be fired, but you never know. If he goes, DC Mike Pettine will as well. _________________

Philadelphia Eagles
Andy Reid - A disciple of the west coast. Has consistently transformed RBs into top 5 caliber.
Todd Bowles - Defensive coach who has ties to Dallas.
Bobby April - A well respected Special Teams Coach.
Juan Castillo - A smart Offensive Line coach who understands blitz schemes better than most. _________________

Kansas City Chiefs
Romeo Crennel - A New England 34 Mastermind. Runs a different form of defense than Ryan, but fundamentally sound.
okay...honestly there are not to many guys I would want from the Chiefs. _________________

Carolna Panthers
Rob Chudzinski - Offensive minded individual who understands the importance of a TE.
Ron Rivera - Defensive Tactician. Knows the 34/43/46. Could provide a blend of coverages. _________________

Cleveland Browns
Chris Tabor - One of the few, IMO, bright spots to this coaching staff. Has worked with both Hester and Cribbs in the return game. A disciple of Dave Toub. _________________

Oh? Really? After this whole Sanchez debacle? I figured Westhoff wouldn't be moving. _________________

I don't know. Rex's seat was nowhere near warm before this season. We have a really weak remaining schedule that might make Rex and the coaching staff look a lot better. He has been awful this year, but I think he'll get another year. I think Mike Tannenbaum will be fired, but you guys don't use GMs. _________________

We just got punked...by a 12 year old. It's like when LR has something witty.
I actually don't think Rex is a bad Coach. He kind of reminds me of the Chin in his incessant desire to try to fit a square peg into a round hole at QB. But I love his swagger. _________________

Rex's biggest problem is his stubbornness. _________________

Christ. He can drive!
Stubbornness runs deep in the House of Ryan, yes. Pride is oft the last thing to go. If he were fired, who would you like to see replace him? _________________

Need to be 17 in New York.
Haven't really looked into many names. I like Chip Kelly and Ray Horton. _________________
