A few changes from my last one, the James Jones trade has been removed as it would be criminal if GB let him go after the season he's having. Here goes anyway...

GM: Eric DeCosta- Worked with Newsome and gained knowledge and understanding of how they draft so successfully.
HC:Chip Kelly- Gets his shot in the NFL and gives us an offense that can score points and be exciting.

Cuts:

Bart Scott- Too old now and can't play against a no-huddle offense
Calvin Pace- Doesn't set the edge like he used to and cant rush passer
Jason Smith- Bring him back on a low contract
Eric Smith- Don't even need an explanation
Bryan Thomas- Great servant but too old and slow now

Trades:

Tim Tebow to Jacksonville for a 5th and 7th round pick- Not used in situations he was brought here for so its a waste of his abilities and our time. Let him go home and sell tickets for the Jags.

Mark Sanchez to Kansas City Chiefs for a 7th round pick- They will probably get either Geno or Barkely so they will need a vet for competition, we free ourselves from Mark and go in a new direction which is needed desperately.

Kyle Wilson and a 6th round pick to Tampa Bay for a 3rd round pick- The Bucs need cornerback help in a huge way and when Revis comes back i expect Wilson to want to start somewhere which he would in TB.

Resign:

Dustin Keller (franchised)- Obvious why he needs to stay!
LaRon Landry- Fits into what we are doing on defense
Yeremiah Bell- Probably a role player next year and mentor
Ricky Sapp- Needs to start getting more playing time
Mike DeVito- Great team player and locker room guy
Nick Folk- Very underrated, love his play this year(apart from last week)
Jason Smith- Like what he has done for us and he does have potential

Free Agency:

Mike Vick- He will certainly be released after the season with that contract, we will look to take a QB early next year as this year nobody has done much for me. Vick gives us the perfect QB to run Chip Kelly's fast and explosive offense.

Andy Levitre- Replacement for Moore, younger and better!

Shaun Phillips- Not going to cost anywhere near what Barwin or Avril will but can still give us 2-3 years of quality play.

Mike Jenkins- Give him a one year deal as our slot corner who if he plays well probably gets a big deal next year with someone else.

Ty Warren- Can come in and give us an extra body on the d-line, he's had injuries so a non-guaranteed contract would be about right.

Draft:

We have needed to trade down and get more picks for years now so with our new Gm hopefully we will become more smart.

I have us ending up with the 12th overall pick with which we trade down to the high 20's and gain an extra 2nd and 4th pick. Id also trade both 7ths for a 6th.

1. Chance Warmack - OG - Alabama - 6'3 320lbs- We need to give whoever our Qb is time and protection and this addition would solidify that in a huge way!

2. Ezekiel Ansah - DE/OLB - BYU - 6'6 260lbs- Dude is a monster and become the pass rushing phenom that we have searched for for so long. He will have to show at his pro day that he can transition to OLB easily but i'm sure he will be a great player.

2. DJ Fluker - OT - Alabama - 6'6 340lbs- Would come in and give competition to Howard at right tackle and in my opinion win out.

3. Anthony Barr - OLB - UCLA - 6'4 240lbs- I'm projecting him to go in the 3rd at the moment but will probably change depending on if he declares and his proday etc. Can be a pure situation specialist rusher and create havoc!

4. Kenjon Barner - RB - Orgeon - 5'11 195lbs- Unbelievable speed and quickness who can form a great partnership with Powell in the backfield.

4. C.J. Fiedorowicz - TE - Iowa - 6'6 265lbs- Huge, huge target with good speed, has the size and athletic ability to be our version of Gronk.

5. Jon Bostic - ILB - Florida - 6'1 246lbs- We need depth with Bart gone so i select a player with real upside and potential.

5. Tyrann Mathieu - CB/FS - LSU - 5'9 180lbs-He could come in and be a trouble maker which would mean him cut before preseason OR he could be a genuine steal and be a play-making defender and electric punt returner. In the 5th it's a gamble i'd take.

6. Aaron Mellette WR - Elon - 6'3 220lbs- Another target for Vick as we reform our wide receiver position. Runs a 4.43 so brings more speed to this offense which is needed for Chip Kelly.

6. Kyle Fuller - CB - Virginia Tech - 6'0 195lbs- Depth at cornerback and potential to take over from Mike Jenkins if he doesn't get a new contract.

7. Collin Klein - QB - Kansas State - 6'5 230lbs- 3rd stringer to take over from McElroy who becomes our back-up.

Not sure we'd be able to afford all of this, but if we could I couldn't complain. I really doubt Rex gets axed, but if he does the Chip Kelly-Mike Vick combo would make some sense. I'm also not really a fan of cutting Shonn Greene (which you didn't mention but I assumed that's what you did because he didn't appear in your depth chart), I think in the right system he could be a productive back, just not a three down back. He's run a lot better with Powell spelling him more often, I really like what I've seen. Also another thought, what would be the point of drafting the Honey Badger if you're not going to use him as a PR. Barner is good too, but just look at the highlights, Honey Badger is absolutely insane.

I think the FA signings would be fine, don't forget by cutting Pace, J.Smith (then resigning him), E.Smith, and Bart Scott plus the trades of Sanchez, Wilson and Tebow that's $48m saved!! And yeah i forgot to change Mathieu to PR i will do it now!

Don't like Chip or Vick signing rather bring in a guy like Mike McCoy and Sign 1 of Brady Quinn, Matt Moore, or Jason Campbell. Lost me a little on the draft I LOVE your first 3 Picks with Warmack Ansah and Flunker but no to Klein and we need to address WR earlier than that

So . . . The Chiefs are giving you a 7th round pick so that they can sit a crappy QB on the bench and pay him 50Mil. 20 of which is guaranteed????
