Is Smitty actually going to wear "Smith Sr" during the season? That would be awesome.

Yes, he will. Here's the explanation:

http://www.catscratchreader.com/2014/2/7/5390412/steve-smith-to-welcome-steve-smith-jr-later-this-year

In terms of the jersey I think that's a bit more distinct than "S. Steve" so I'm a fan.

Well, this was an unfortunate snippet from that article:

Not only does this confirm what we already knew -- that Smith will be back for a 14th NFL season in electric blue,

Only if he's getting knockoff jerseys from China. Laughing

Hey guys I didn't know where to put this, but I'm a Michigan fan so I'm happy you guys signed Fitz. He ran behind a terrible o-line the last two or three seasons. I think Michigan had negative rushing yards in a few games last year, it was that bad. Fitz isn't a bruiser and he's not a blazer but he's got some quick and is elusive in space. Hope he makes your roster!

So apparently Jacoby Jones and Bernard Pierce was kicked out of a club for being too drunk.

Wow.

Saw this and was going to post something but didn't know if it was old news. Also heard it was Jimmy Smith too. Apparently it was the Secrets night club in Ocean City, MD. Crazy they were only an hour from me.

Edit: Smith was just with them and didn't get thrown out.

Just being drunk isn't a crime. Non-story.

Seriously. We shouldn't even know about this. This is some tabloid BS.

Look at the bigger picture. All offseason Ravens players have been the headlines of the news in several incidences because they can't stay out of trouble, or out of newspapers for being idiots off the field.

It's not just one incident of stupidity, it's multiple, and it's just spiraling out of control at this point.

Meh, the club asked them to leave and they left without incident. The club even said they would be welcomed back in the future. There was no trouble and this isn't a big deal at all.

Agreed. It seems the media is either A) trying to target our players or B) figure since we have the Ray Rice issue, any story about Ravens players will get them hits.

This is a non-story. They drank a little too much, were asked to leave, and did. The end.

One of the bouncers was over my friends house the other day and he had a voicemail from TMZ that said they were looking for some intel and asked him to call them back.

Freaking vultures man.
