| anyone know flaccos stats in a dome? I remember him playing in St Louis and tearing it up. I think it will benefit him a lot to not have wind throw off his deep ball. Looking back at the AFCCG you can tell all his deep balls were being carried by the wind. |

It will also help Kaepernick though because he won't be freezing and he'll be able to move around better.
I always think that cold weather benefits the Ravens. SF isn't really used to cold weather, but they're used to domes after the ATL game last week.
Either way, I still think Flacco has the advantage as the better QB. Kaepernick will want to take his shots down the field and that's exactly what we specialize in limiting, and the last time the Niners wanted to play the "throw short and run the ball" game against us we smoked them. I expect the same results this time, only with Kaepernick getting a couple 1st down runs in there. I don't think their WR's are good enough to beat us, except Vernon Davis. _________________

I wouldn't say we're better in the cold. The wind cost Flacco at least a few completions last week. _________________

I don't think we are better in cold but cold makes most of our opponents worse than it does us. Joe's arm holds up better than most QBs in hostile conditions and we are more physical than most teams.
And HA! Brady fined 10k. _________________

Our physical play definitely gives us an advantage in most cold-weather games compared to other teams, but indoors I think guys like Flacco, Torrey, and Rice are all going to benefit from the slick indoor environment. I guess another way of putting it is that while our comparative advantage may be diminished, if you just look at the way our offense plays as a whole, if we can play as well as we did in freezing and windy conditions, imagine what they're capable of when weather isn't an inhibiting factor.
RTID I don't want to have to publicly shame you into making a GDT. But I just might. Or I guess, I just did. _________________ "The really important kind of freedom involves attention, and awareness, and discipline, and effort, and being able truly to care about other people and to sacrifice for them, over and over, in myriad petty little unsexy ways, every day.” |

So Brady gets fined $10k for trying to kick Reed but Gore gets fined $10,500 for wearing his socks too low.
Go figure that one out. _________________

Meh. I think 10k is standard for a first offense. It would take a lot of money to hurt Brady financially. I'm just happy the golden boy's wrong doing is on record. _________________

Jeff Zrebiec @jeffzrebiecsun
When asked if this was his last ride too, Ed Reed said, "no, I just bought a bike."
Jeff Zrebiec @jeffzrebiecsun
Ed Reed said "I'll be playing next year. Next question."
Interesting. _________________

What are the chances he departs in Free agency ? He's been wining over a new contract for a while now. He's definitely not the Ed Reed of the old. I don't know how much he's really worth. _________________
