I just watched this....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCCRn6SpblU
And it inspired me to think about random dope Broncos through the years...
I want to start by saying, the year I became old enough to understand football/become a big fan of the Broncos was the year we signed Jake Plummer as a FA. I definitely remember the Griese days and the Superbowls....but I became obsessed the year that Jake came. And let me say....Jake Plummer was a boss. Maybe he is put on a pedestal in my mind, but I loved that man.
Reuben Droughns was in this video...a little Tatum Bell and Mike Bell. Domonique Foxworth. Javon Walker. Dwayne Carswell.
Quentin Griffin and his epic like half season? Travis Henry...lolz. I think I saw Darius Watts out there?
This was a more recent video, but I thought it would be fun to give all the random Broncos love. _________________

I had a soft spot for Ebenezer Ekuban during his stay with us. He basically was what Ayers is now. One of those players who didn't live up to expectations but was grinding nonetheless year in year out. The most productive out of that Browns trio. Jeb Putzier was another one. I was disappointed when we let him go.
And Jake was not the best QB of all time but one of the last few guys I can remember carrying some form of old school vibe with them. Sometimes a weirdo, but edgy- which made him appear very human. Plummer had character. _________________ The situation is hopeless, but not serious.

Not many defensive highlights
Oh yeah because our defenses were complete trash right after Plummer. _________________

Jeb Putzier!!! I was wondering who 88 was, I was like no way is that scheffler. He was pretty good, I remember him getting straight lit up all the time.
I forgot about the browns defensive line situation too. I have ekubans autograph ha _________________

Sam Brandon wasn't necessarily awesome but his last name is my first
One guy I loved was Mike Anderson. Every running back since Davis has always had a place in my heart. Mike Anderson, Clinton Portis, Orlandis Gary, Rueben Droughns, Quentin Griffith, Tatum and Mike Bell, Selvin Young, and someone I think everyone forgot about...Michael Pittman and those GUNS _________________

I rooted for John Engelberger tons..
I used to frequent this bar where I used to live, and one day my regular waitress said some football player was there. She knew I was in school at Virginia Tech at the time and said he used to play there. I thought that was pretty cool and asked who it was. She said John Angle-burger or something, I was not no way! He is a Bronco! She said, do you want to meet him? I declined saying he probably doesn't want to be bothered, and she said he's cool. So I chatted with him for a few minutes. Was a cool pretty cool guy. _________________ Elite...and it's not even close.
