You know how we all look for that team to get "hot" come playoff time? Looks like we might see who is in that spot right now.
Still don't think that #2 is in the books, but this team is the last team you wanna see when it's win or go home. _________________

LOL @ Troy.
Yeah, we ran up the score with our backups in for most of the 2nd half. Oh, please forgive us that our 2nd and 3rd string offensive players put up more points in 1.5 quarters than the Cardinals starters did the entire game, or even the last 8 quarters for that matter.
Get out of here. |

Looks like the battle for the NFC West crown is going to be on National TV.
| Quote: | The NFL has shuffled the Week 16 schedule to move a better game into the Sunday Night Football prime time slot.
The December 23 49ers-Seahawks NFC West battle that was originally scheduled for a 4:25 p.m. Eastern kickoff on FOX has now become an 8:20 p.m. kickoff on NBC. That means San Francisco will play on Sunday nights in back-to-back weeks, with the 49ers taking on the Patriots on Sunday night in Week 15.
The Chargers-Jets game that had initially been scheduled for NBC prime time has now been moved to a 1 p.m. kickoff on CBS. The league also moved the Week 16 Giants-Ravens game from a 1 p.m. kickoff to a 4:25 p.m. kickoff. |

In what way is Toronto a neutral location? Just because the Bills don't play all of their games there doesn't mean there is no fan base or that their fans won't travel the 100 miles to the game.
BTW, what's the status of Sherman's appeal? Will he hear back before the 49er game? |

GB and CHI both finish 11-5 but GB wins the tiebreak
East is won by a 10-6 team.
Hence, Seattle takes the bye because of the interceptdown. |
Just for giggles... the above scenario plus Atlanta losing out... Seattle's actually the #1 seed.
As a note regarding the above 'for giggles' scenario - Seattle would go into their final game of the year, at home, versus the Rams with literally everything on the line:
Win... take the #1 seed (win the tie breaks over GB [yeah, the MNF game], Chi [head to head] and Atl [conference record]).
Lose... out of the playoffs (would lose the division to the 10-5-1 49ers and would be 10-6 losing the conference record tie-break to either the Giants or the Redskins for the final playoff spot).
Gotta love the NFL come playoff time _________________

i want them to make it, so we can play them again... and delete their dreams. they deserve no better. |
They're a better team now, they'd mop the floor with the Packers - did you not see what they did to Arizona? _________________ Newest Mock Draft .:. 1.11.13

I've heard that one before. I think we were 7-9 division winners, and correct me if I'm wrong (which i'm not), but we beat the defending champs in the wild card round that year too. _________________

Difference is Seattle would start out on the road where they struggle. _________________

That Chicago game proved we can win on the road. And we haven't lost a road game (or any game for that matter) by more than 6 points. All of those loses came down to a play or two. _________________

The team still struggles on the road though, but it's good enough to be able to win any road game. _________________

If the Seahawks beat the bills on the road, without signs of a hangover, i think they win out. They won't lose at home IMO
If the Seahawks get that #2 seed, watch out nfl. That's the last place you wanna go on the road |
