He's inactive because Tebow is good to go and we use him on ST. We know we aren't going to bench Sanchez against the Jaguars barring something dramatic 
Maybe we'll see Sapp in action next year, or the next year, or the next year.

If Tebow aggravates his rib injury then it will be a circus. They are forcing him into the lineup when McElroy is the better back up.

I think the reason is that they want him on ST. They are almost convinced that there is no way Sanchez is going to get benched against the Jaguars. Don't forget the Cardinals have one of the best defenses in the NFL.

| Rex has no Quarterback, what can he do to make this situation better? For the past few years, Jets fans blamed the coordinator and the offensive line. They shielded Sanchez from any culpability. Now they're going to get to watch Sanchez v. Henne. By the conclusion, it'll be apparent that Henne is more competent than Sanchez. |

Why? Because he didn't activate McElroy? I'm actually on board with his decision. I mean, it's not like he's going to make Tebow inactive.
