We're on the same bout. I'd love to be able to retain Allen in maybe an assistant head coach role, but I would love more to have Gruden back as head coach. |

Reggie came from GB, just a few years ago they selected Bryan Bulaga in the first round.

True, but with a well rounded team that was getting Aaron Rodgers killed in pass protection because of a severe lack of quality OL play. A slightly different situation.. |

Doesn't make it a good move. And he was drafted at a LT. He played LT in college. His move to RT was a management decision after the fact.
