Well - I live here (Seattle area) - and am thoroughly not looking forward to this game. We'll see how Russel Wilson has improved (significant improvement since we last saw him IMO) against our D - but even if the D plays well we don't have much of a shot.

Setting expectations - draft position is what matters at this point.

Is Aeneas Williams a Cards Alum? has he been inducted to your HOF?

Does he spend time in your camp in the off-season?

The man does a lot of work in the Stlouis area, Has a church IIRC..

Pre_Spags he would show up a lot to the Rams off-season programs.

Just wondering since he began his great career with the cards.

Andre Roberts and Ronald Talley both sat out practice today. Kevin Kolb, Beanie Wells, Calais Campbell, Reggie Walker and Kerry Rhodes were all limited. Everyone else was a full go.

We have a tendency to beat good teams (Packers, Patriots, Cowboys, Bears) and lose stupid games to weaker teams (Cards, Rams, Lions, Dolphins).

The problem with the hawks is overlooking teams like the Cards. I know the Cards defense can cause problems, so I really don't see this game being a blowout.

When you develop the trend of starting 3 different QBs every year, you know you haven't developed a QB. 2010 with Anderson, Max Hall, and Skelton. 2011 with Kolb, Skelton, and Bartel. 2012 with Kolb, Skelton, and Lindley.
