| I think this will show the measure of the man. Chuck Pagano became diagnosed with cancer and the team rallied around him in his hardship. I hope we see something similar. |

Life is bigger than football. Football is just an escape for the emotional pain and stress we endure. Allen needs no more reason to focus. I can understand some wanting him to show more emotion, but he knows that this season is ultimately a wash. He can yell his head off at these guys every play but it won't make an ounce of difference.
We'll see if the players come out and play hard for their coach on a nationally televised game against a division rival. Can this be the game be meaningful to some of these players that wanna be here next year? I can't see his fathers death having a huge impact on what he does on the field other than more emotion.
