As it should be.
I had to quit a job at target back in college the week I was hired because they scheduled me two straight Sunday's to start off and wouldn't negotiate gem |

| I hope we don't take this game lightly. Every division game is a dog fight. Staying humble is very important from this point on. |

As for my projection, we're going to beat the living hell out of Oakland.
I'm not sure if their RBs are playing...they might be, they might not be. Either way I'm not worried. I'm not sure how Oakland is going to stop our offense, to be honest. My biggest worry is this team adjusting to a short week.
I'll say this one ends up 35-10 Denver. _________________

Best scenario?
Comfortable win, no injuries, a bit of rest for some starters and some meaningful snaps for some backups. Heres to you Brock. |

I expect a methodical offense and an aggressive defense resulting in a solid win.
I'll say Broncos win 31-17 (Raiders add a late score in garbage time)
*Good thing is, Denver will get an extra few days to prepare for the most difficult game left on the schedule @ Baltimore. _________________

The usual keys for me. Eventually, Manning and our pass attack will get it going against this Raiders Defense. It might not be straight away, but once we suss them out then we will move the Football. We just to make sure we limit the Raiders run game and force the Raiders to throw outside of Play Action. It was the same deal with the Bucs - they use the run to set up big plays in the passing game. I am not remotely concerned about the Raiders intermediate passing game.
Stop the Raiders run attack and we win this Football game in my opinion. _________________ 20 TIMES, 20 TIMES MAN UNITTTTTEEDDD

When you little chaps get into "The Big Boy World", you will understand having to miss a game due to work. _________________

Not to be that guy but so what if we lose...odds are we don't get the first round bye anyways...I'd rather be prepared for our first real test since maybe the Patriots Week 5.
With that said....we have Peyton they don't. I like our odds. _________________

SHOULD be an easy game...but I am not liking some of these intagibles....Traveling on a short week, Oakland will play hard for Dennis Allens loss, Mcfadden back, Division rival, looking ahead to Baltimore.
These things would usually mean a very tight game for Broncos of past.....But I think PFM/Elway have changed the culture.
Still - just that bit of a tiny worry in the back of my mind......
True story about not even wanting to miss a single play of a bronco game....came running out of the bathroom with my pants still down because the commercial ended quick, tripped and smashed my face....but still caught the play. Face hurt and urine down my leg...but got to see that 2 or 3 yard run by Bobby Humphrey. |
