rams trade makes no sense for either team. Plus Rivera can run a 4-3 so Cole should stay.

As long as he is just an OC....Norv is one of the best in the business.

Trade values are all out of whack, I'm against trading Trent Cole.
We shouldn't get rid of one of few guys who are actually good whom we drafted ourselves.

Agreed.
I feel like some people think of rebuilding as getting rid of most all older vets ...but you always need a few. On defense we have Cole, Jenkins, Nnamdi, DeMeco...next year it'll probably be only two or three of them left but still its important to have some veteran leadership around these young guys especially someone like Cole..

Exactly, this team is already the 2nd youngest team in the league (probably the youngest now without Vick and Babin).
We can't make the same mistake and cut or trade away all our vets.
