Hillis sucks. why should he play? I want to see Gray in if Charles isn't. |
Yes I agree, but our coaching staff doesn't think like that.
I was just meaning that I would rather see Hillis than Draughn. |

Logging off .. this is not even a sound evaluation of PS player competence if you try to do stuff they never seriously practiced.
NOW they have Newsome in the focus - crap, heshould have been around way earlier BEFORE this game went out of bounds.
Any rebuild of this team has to start with game philosophy - and that starts back at the building where the locker rooms aren't.
Good night |

I'm just throwing this out there. Why instead of playing Newsome and Copper when Bowe went out weren't we showcasing Baldwin.
Are we sending a message to him? Have we lost faith in him?
It seems like we're more interested in seeing what we have in Newsome than Baldwin. _________________

Feels good being back to where we belong. I was sick of those "Brady Quinn is good enough posts." Sucks that Jacksonville didn't win though _________________

This game against Oakland next week is crucial. If we win against Oakland, we would need Jacksonville and Oakland to each win one game down the stretch if we want the first overall pick. _________________

I know. The only good thing is that it is a "weaker" qb class so we might be okay regardless. I could see the Raiders grabbing a guy like Moore and Jax grabbing Star. _________________

Star would be nice but we NEED Geno.
The race for #1 should be awesome. I expect us to lose against the Fins and Pats. Only win I potentially see happening is against the Titans. _________________

Yeah, I've heard some Jags fans say that their team wouldn't take Geno if they had the 1st overall pick, but I'm not buying it. _________________

Such a good smokescreen even the fans are helping the team out... _________________

Bowe committed a penalty. Talk about revisionist history. |
Dude, hopefully you know I respect the hell out of you as a poster, but I'm surprised you're looking at this so one-sided. Haden grabbed Bowe's hand and pulled him back. That's DPI. Both players committed a penalty. That's why it was a no call. |
Pulled him back? lol
come on now
and no- its not a no call in that situation its offsetting penalties, replay of down |
you probly won't ever see this post, but....Bowe had him beat, he wouldn't be holding hands unless Haden grabbed him first...so if it is offsetting, you reward the Browns for committing the initial penalty, while penalizing Bowe. You wouldn't want that if it was Gordon vs Flowers would you? _________________

The guy fails when it matters. He finds creative ways to kill momentum at the most critical points in the game, whether by missing gimme fgs or kicking the ball out of bounds. He has a good fg percentage, but i dont trust him in critical points in the game, much less a.game winning fg. |
The guy has missed a grand total of one field goal in the past 2 years in either the 4th quarter or overtime. He's 12/13 in those situations. Your criticism is baseless. |
Newsflash - Critical points and/or momentum changing plays are not limited to the fourth quarter. See the first game of the season against Atlanta or the MNF game against the Steelers. SUCKops mishaps did not occur in the 4th quarter and the momentum of both games changed right after SUCKops missed field goals and kickoff out of bounds.
Your rebuttal is baseless. |
