Even though im a Titans fan and hate seeing the texans get the upper hand on us as of late. This guy is my favourite non titan. Dont get all the coverage in the UK but having just seen the video of him visiting the cancer patient and the other E:60 hes a special guy. Watching all the soccer players over here who have zero time for fans and some dont even sign autographs its refreshing to see not just a player but a superstar in this league so humble! Top work JJ Watt.

Not all the players over here have zero time for fans.

If anything I'd say the US just does a better job of publicising it.

His shoe sold out pretty quick on the shelves. I'm just wondering how many NFL players get shoe endorsements? I feel like that's a very NBA thing. I know Newton has his cleats and Reggie and Mario had their shoes way back when with Adidas but that's about it.

Everyone gets a shoe deal of some sort, but most do not get their own shoe. It's pretty similar in all the big sports leagues.
