First of all, I'm curious how this guy's injury turned out. Any news?
Second of all, I'm very surprised that I even care. I was a firm believe at the beginning of the season that we would sorely miss DJ Williams and Woodyard did not have what it took to fill that role. I loved Woodyard as a backup, but felt his talent level was not there for starting an entire season.
He has thus far proven me wrong, and I couldn't be more glad. Get back on the field! |

I really hope he's not out for too long. He's been a favorite of mine ever since we drafted him and finally he is getting a chance to show what he's got. The guy was potential and IMO deserves some pro-bowl consideration. Aside from Von, I think he's had the biggest impact on our defense.
Hopefully Fox decides to rest him for the Oakland game to give him that extra week off to get ready for Baltimore and the playoffs.
Things are looking up for this kid and I love it! _________________

Has some place like the Wynkoop created a nice brew to be named after Wesley. The Woodyard Ale...you know something cool. Something smooth and loose. _________________ Ninja stealth muggers in the Bellagio has left me in a state of congitive disonance... |
