Seems like we come out throwing every game. |

Maybe for the first play then run the ball get stuffed and be forced to punt...
I want a full series of passes with a run or 2 sprinkled in to keep them honest. _________________

Just press mute. They usually don't look absolutely terrible.

Heh. In case you can't tell, I don't feel good about this matchup.
The Pats are winning, but if you watch the games you'll see them consistently losing at the LOS on both sides of the ball, especially in pass protection and rushing the passer.
If they come out and win and handle you guys up front, I will believe this team has what it takes to go all the way. Until then, I see a team that has weapons and talent but also fundamental flaws (o-line/lack of vertical threats on offense, defensive linemen who pressure the qb/safeties on defense), and those warts get exposed in January. |
2 Words, Tom Brady. He makes up for alot. _________________

So much comes down to health, if Gronk, at least one guard and maybe Jones plays near 100% I have confidence.
But assuming we have the same team that played the dolphins I can't see us winning |

There's only so much he can do though. It'll be a great game for sure. _________________

Gronk is still out for at least another two weeks. Jones should be back at full or nearly full strength. Hopefully Vollmer didn't suffer any setbacks on Sunday and Connolly can recover as well. I don't know where Mankins is with his injury.
Our line is completely bipolar. If they play like they did against Miami, this game could get ugly really quickly. |

Brady at home, on Monday night, against our secondary?
Not gonna be a good look.

Here is an interesting note:
If the Texans were to win and the Ravens and Broncos were to lose, then we would have the #1 seed wrapped up....except for a tiny little detail: We still wouldnt have clinched the division unless the Titans beat the colts, now these are all very long odds
about the only one of them looking likely is the Redskins beating the Ravens
but assuming it does happen, what do we do for the last 3 weeks of the season? Buisness as usual or do we start to limit plays for guys like Foster and Johnson?
personally i would do everything i could to beat the colts, at least in the first meeting. The last thing we want to do is let them walk right into the playoffs with 2 victories over us
for the sake of our team, i hope we win but dont clinch #1 this week _________________

Maybe the NE fans can help with this, which end does Chandler Jones line up on?
I think we have a big problem with Wilfork against Myers, we all remember the Myers v. Jenkins game _________________

Wilfork is the penetrator that Jenkins is. Jenkins is a 1-tech, Wilfork is a 0-tech. _________________

Jones lines up on the right side, but has been flipped mid-game a small handful of times. |

I'd rather face Edelman than Stallworth. Our secondary's issues are with speed (and size) stretching the field, not with smaller receivers running crossing routes.
Anyhow, we benefit greatly if Gronkowski is still out of this game. _________________ Welcome to Houston, DeAndre Hopkins! |
