| Ugh Edelman. Not having him (probably) for the next 2 games is going to suck. |

Hope Branch is healthy. Probably either him or Ebert. _________________ Shut up, NBT |

What about giving Hernandez more snaps at WR and having Shiancoe actually active for once. _________________

I think today was the first time Shiancoe was a healthy inactive.
He just sucks is all. |

Thought he was healthy inactive last week...mea culpa.
Theory is sound though, I'd rather a sucky shiancoe who has at least been practicing and with the team than a sucky Stallworth. Or watching Branch struggle along like someone tied his belt to the goal posts. _________________

Our offense can not catch a freaking break. This injury bug needs to go away. _________________

Injuries are part of the game. How many teams get to the Super Bowl without having lost 3-5 starters and several other pieces?
Just the way it is and always will be. |

Well its about time we give Slates some more snaps. Let's stretch the field w/ Slater and get him that first TD.
Aiken has been on PS the whole season so wouldn't it be him over Ebert? _________________

The good part with most of the Patriot injuries is they will be back for the playoffs. Would rather them happen now with five weeks to go in the season then have them happen two weeks before the super bowl. |

The Pats only signed Aiken 2 weeks ago (Nov. 19th) |

Luckily, the Texans are also battling a severe number of injuries in their secondary, so the possibility of matching Hernandez / Welker vs some guy just promoted off their practice squad should have Brady's lips wet.
Now Watt vs the Pats crippled line... oof |

My mistake. Was thinking he was the WR on there the whole time w/ Salas(which apparently was Kirkland and Fayson and probably others I missed). _________________

NFL Sources tell #wbz tv the news not good on Julian Edelman. Broken foot, likely needs surgery and likely headed to IR. #Patriots

This would be a very big loss. Edelman has maybe not so quietly become one of our biggest playmakers. Maybe we're a bit spoiled with the amount of offensive weapons we have but Edelman has done some special things we haven't seen from our offense in awhile this year. Hopefully this is premature speculation.
