| I was wondering how you guys think Bryce Brown will do against you guys Sunday night? Hows the run D? I have him in fantasy with the playoffs on the line and don't know who to start Brown or Matthews . |

Our run D is normally solid despite the fact that the Redskins gashed us on the ground last week.
Still, I don't expect Brown to do much tonight. _________________

Run defense has been very exploitable due to a rash of injuries, start Brown with confidence. _________________

Once Brown got beyond the front 3 or 4, he had and easy 10 yards. The LBs were simply are not getting to the ball soon enough and the safeties are of little help..geez.
Brown looked great.. he looked fast and ran hard. Not sure he will be more than a one hit wonder as the Eagles should be sticking with McCoy for the foreseeable future but Brown could be playing himself into a trade or new contract with another team.. |

I think it has too.. Lee and Carter are on IR.. they don't have a run stopping MLB on the roster.. sux. |

Not true. Dan Connor's strength is playing the run. He showed in Carolina that he was one of the better run stopping 4-3 MLBs, and he has showed flashes of that here also. I haven't watched the game, but just because he stinks it up one game it doesnt meen that he is bad at it. As, for the rest of our remaining ILBs, I agree with you.. but you ofcourse can't expect a 4th and 5th string to play like starters. That's why Connor needs to step his game up and play like he did in Carolina and atleast as he did before his injury when he got the start because of injuries.
A starting combo of Connor - Sims is one that could be servicable with thought on us having both of our regular starters out. Or, that's atleast what they have showed signs of up until sucking in this game apperently..
- also, how did that Poppinga guy look? Did he play, or did Albright get some more snaps instead? |

| I think we need more of a 4 man front and 3 lbs...we couldn't stop the run which killed us. |

Poppinga was inactive for this game. Maybe he and Peprah have some chemistry, having both come from GB?
Reaching here... I think the defense is just too depleted now. If we still had carter we'd have a chance, but i think we're done, now. _________________

The only silver lining about the insane number of injuries has been we have been able to see what some back ups are made of.
Like Bulter, who is made of trash.
And The Killer Smile, who has been a pleasant surprise. _________________
