Wilson was demoted out of the starting lineup at Atlanta and is taken off the field in passing situations. He is 33 years old has a $2.5 million salary with a $1 million roster bonus due in March.
Is this the end of the line for the longest tenured Cardinal player? _________________

Valid question, though I do think the answer is no. 3.5 million is cheap (He just took a paycut too) and he's the de-facto leader in the locker room. I think he comes back on a reduced play count. _________________

I really hate how roster bonus' are before the draft, but that's why the agent throws it in there right?
Younggun we seem to be using different numbers today. According to Spotrac Dub's cap # is 4.6m next season... _________________

That's because he's got a prorated signing bonus in there. _________________

Well if it is $4.6 million, that seems like an awful lot for someone who only plays nearly half of the defense's snaps. Kerry Rhodes doesn't go off the field for any snaps. _________________

4.6 isn't good b ut it's not terrible either. We're gonna have a good amount of cap space this offseason even without factoring in Kevin Kolb's situation. Paying the 4/6 won't hurt us financially, should we choose to take it on. _________________

I figure Wilson will be let go after another player has learned the ropes at the end of next season. It might be that Rhodes shifts over to Wilson's spot and a rookie or even a FA takes over the FS spot. I don't see Bethel ever starting at FS. I like the guy, but really just on special teams. _________________

No, No, No, No....No.
Adrian is a career Cardinal. We are not going to get rid of him, and he is not going to request to leave. Knowing Adrian's attitude all this reduction of snaps is going to do is fire him up to work even harder. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's
