SoS is banned apparently so heres the weekly thread. Another early game which blows, waking up at 5am to watch us get beaten is not a good way to start the day.
The Bears are a decent team with a good record but im not on the bandwagon, they've yet to claim any big scalps this season. Our D needs to lift this week. the Bears O Line is a shambles yet we never seem to put any pressure on the QB on the road, this simply has to change if we have any chance of grabbing the win. Im hoping after the horror week our CB's have had, they can put it behind them since they will be facing one of the top receivers in the league. The Bears seem pretty banged up at the moment but are expecting the likes of Forte, Briggs and Tillman to play. The dangerous Devin Hester and ex-hawk Chris Spencer have been ruled out.
As for our O, Russ has been in sensation form lately. With no help from Beast Mode or our O Line, he was excellent against the Dolphins. Facing Peppers and co will be a huge test for our stud rookie but im confident he can get it done. Lose this one and its back to .500. Lucky for us the teams around us have tough games as well. Huge game, cant wait for it. Go Hawks!
Prediction: Bears 20 Hawks 17  Just have no faith in our ability to win on road at the moment.

I think this will be our biggest lose of the season, sadly. Russ is going to have to have a monster game if we win, which I don’t see happening vs. this amazing bears defense.

Russles biggest test yet. On the road against an elite Bears pass defense. I think he will have a big game, but our defense lets us down once again.

After some very strong performances I think Russell gets a rookie reality check in this game. I have a bad feeling we see 3-4 picks and its not going to be pretty.
That said I think our D gets back on track against a horrible Bears OL.

Dear God I hope this is true.
Also - I kind of like our chances in this game to keep it close. Our defense needs to play up to its potential. Hopefully Sherman and Browner's suspensions are not going to be a distraction. Having Forte nicked up can only help our cause.
I'm not gonna lie - in my pick'em pool - I did not pick the Seahawks. But I'll be rooting for them on Sunday while ignore my adult responsabilities. |

Welp. We're gonna win. Wanna know why? I had a dream last night that we picked off Jay Cutler 3 times in this game. 1 from Thomas, 1 from D!ck, and one from Jeremy Lane.
Let's hope my dream was right!

as much as it kills me to say this, the Hawks don't stand a chance to win this game... I think this will be Wilson's worst game of the year, I'm saying like maybe 4 INTs and maybe 4-7 sacks...
Final Score will be, Bears - 27, Hawks - 7
Gotta face it, if we can't do anything against the Dolphins on the road there's no way we can beat the Bears in Chicago... I also think our defense will collapse again.

Seems like the life has been sucked out of you guys ever since the Miami game. This is a daunting task, no doubt, but we did smack them last year at Soilder Field. Only difference this year is both teams have a better QB. I really don't expect a blowout.
