I doubt it's inaccurate. ESPN is obviously a good source for these types of things. But, I do think that Archer may be omitting the possibility of rolling the remainder of this year's cap into next year. _________________ Quote from May 7, 2013...

NOPE... Miles contract is actually fairly huge for the next 4 years including $8.3M next year.

Anyone else kinda hoping Miles gets cut or traded? I don't want to speak for anyone else, but after this year, I'm kinda sick of fragile players. _________________ Quote from May 7, 2013...

It's not just his injury issues that have me wanting to cut him. His lackadaisical approach in getting back into the lineup during the Baltimore game kinda put the nail in the proverbial coffin for me. _________________

The problem with cutting Austin is, it leaves another hole to fill in the offseason. We already have needs at Oline (probably 2 spots), Dline, (probably 2 spots), OLB and safety. Now, you throw in WR with cutting Austin, because we don't have a capable #2 on this team. Harris and Beastly and maybe Coale are good #3's, but I don't see them as #2's.
If we rework his contract, I would keep him in Dallas. _________________

FIFY | I can agree with that, but, it wont happen. I see Smith, Costa and Burnadeuce sticking around. I see Livings and Free gone. _________________

Yeah...I'd keep Livings to compete with Arkin for the starting LG job...sign a guy like Andre Smith to plug in at RT and draft Jonathan Cooper or Warmack to plug in at RG. _________________

Livings has arguably been the best if the bunch this year.. Why him gone over Mb? | Go back and watch the games. Livings started off fairly strong and quite a surprise, but he has been regressing over the last month or so.
As for Burnadeuce, he has been getting better. And, from what I have read and seen, has more upside than Livings. Livings has hit his ceiling and is on the downslope IMO.
From BTB:
| Quote: | The discussion of Mackenzy Bernadeau has gone the way of the 2011 discussion of Phil Costa. People made up their minds in the early weeks of the season, and stopped paying attention except for when their name is mentioned negatively. Bernie had played at a level much higher than earlier in the season before being moved to play Center over the last two games. However, his place with Cowboys fans has already been written... and probably shouldn't have considering the injuries that he was recovering from that probably limited his play earlier in the year.
Before being moved to Center, Big Mack had earned four consecutive positive, "green" game grades from PFF, not giving up a sack in any of the four games. He wasn't perfect, but it was a stark improvement from allowing four sacks in the first five games of the season.
Does this mean that Dallas doesn't target interior line play in the draft or free agency? Of course not-but November Bernie >>> September Bernie | . _________________

LT - T. Smith
LG - Cooper or Warmack
C - Costa
RG - Arkin or Bernadeau
RT - A. Smith _________________
