In my opinion they are a joke. In the last ten years there drafts sucked. | #clueless |

FA comes after the draft as well.
So we signed a MLB and FS in FA then drafted players in the same position? _________________

The Panthers are trading up 2 spots for what exactly? There is nothing there they need.
Rey Malaluga..... Thought we were trying to get better on defense. _________________

Rey Malaluga..... Thought we were trying to get better on defense. | I had them taking Star lotulelei. Yeah, and Rey is more like a Briesel pick up to patch the spot until the draft pick is ready. |

Love the draft. If we dont trade down, I hope Moore is our selection. Your FA is what worries me tho. What did you do to improve our Oline? Love the Goldson pick, dont understand the Trufant pick considering you have us taking a CB in the 2nd and resigning Bartell. Trade Rey for any FA DT and I would be happy. |

Star would be someone that would really help them. I doubt we get the 2nd pick though. _________________

I really like the draft.
Not a fan of the FA signings
Not sure about our resignings here...some players (Gio, Mitchell, Coop...), some contracts (Shaggy, Des) would be really nice to have them for those numbers... _________________ WIN LOSE OR TIE...RAIDER FAN 'TIL I DIE!! |

You really think Desmond Bryant gets that much after his contract expires? _________________

| BigMike1b wrote: | | You really think Desmond Bryant gets that much after his contract expires? | He plays a premium position, and he has played well. I think he could get that deal in a number of places, and it's not a back breaker as far as the cap is concerned.

It's really hard to predict, the FA's we will sign because i don't know the exact condition of our cap. But if we start cutting big contracts like Rolando, Seymour, Kelly and DHB we will have a ton of dead money once again. |

Looks like a 5-11 team to me.
The cuts will go alot deeper than that my friend. You have almost nothing changing on offense? Seymour staying, how exactly will that happen? Players take pay cuts almost never staying on the same team, think we will pay him his 15 mil? |

In fairness, the offseason for this team is incredibly hard to predict.
In my mind the cuts will be deep and some unexpected.
The Free Agency period will be very active but with far more second tier or relatively unknown players than we expect. UDFAs will play a large role, and we will look to add draft picks when possible. So how easy could it possible be to map that out in advance... Not easy at all. |
