Good to hear that (per Rodak)
Mankins, Connolly, Vollmer, Chandler, and Gronkowski were all out. _________________

I wouldn't be surprised if we're just being extra cautious and ensuring he's 100% going into the Texans/Niners games. I'm OK with this. |

| Quote: | The New England Patriots' offensive line received a boost for practice on Thursday, with offensive linemen Sebastian Vollmer and Dan Connolly back on the field after missing Wednesday's session.
Guard Logan Mankins (ankle/calf), tackle Markus Zusevics (illness), tight end Rob Gronkowski (forearm/hip), and defensive end Chandler Jones (ankle) were not spotted for the second straight day.

Edelman being back is a good sign. Gronkowski was obviously going to be out. Chandler not playing might hurt us but it helps that they are playing Miami. We will need him if we hope to stop Houston and especially the Kaep led 49ers. _________________

No news is probably good news. I didn't hear about any complications from the surgery - it seemed to be pretty minor. I don't think we'll really get any updates for another two-three weeks. |
