| I doubt he will leave the NFL for a college head coaching job. Had some HC offers from the NFL last year and will get some again, this year! |

GREAT!!!
Hope he goes... Payton needs to take over play calling again and maybe he will hire someone to replace Carmichael that actually has valueable imput towards improving this running game.

Bright young offensive mind... Seems to be very reserved and is robitic on the sidelines.
I feel his best fit as a HC will be on the college level but he will need a good recruiting staff and a solid DC.
As a BC grad I'd love the hire for you guys.
