After 2013 Justin Smith, Tarell Brown, Whitner, Manningham, etc.

After 2014 we will have Kap, Hunter, Culliver, Aldon, Bruce Miller, Crabtree, Iupati, Anthony Davis, Frank Gore (retire?).....

Wish we could keep them all but it's impossible. Some other teams will be getting great players.

Seems like a very cap-friendly deal. Hope Rick Smith is taking notes and putting this into the Brian Cushing file. Cush has an ACL and might not be as highly regarded as Bowman, so it could be less than this...but if the Texans were to re-sign Cush at this deal, I'd be glad.

Back to Bowman - great deal for him, well earned money.

Re-sign the bolded. Smith and Sopoaga are maybes depending on what kind of money they want considering their age.

That's a long ways away and way too early to speculate outside of Gore, who should be let go for sure.

The Bowman deal is great both individually and to keep this LB quartet together.
