Yeah we do, but Willis' cap hit goes from 17 million to 3 million next season. Then, we can release Alex Smith saving 8 million and with that money we can re-sign Goldson. In 2014 we will have a few decisions as well. Just please keep this defense together!

He redid his deal in 2012.

And I love this deal. Very fair and leaves plenty of space to resign players once Alex is released

Willis renegotiated his contract in November 2011 to push a lot of his cap money to this season. He currently counts $17.6 million against this year's cap. But his cap figure drops to $3.6 million in 2013, $6.5 million in 2014, $8.3 million in 2015, and $9.1 million in 2016.
