I don't think it's only about age. Dallas is 33 and we brought him in. To me this is more about him as a person. From everything I have read about the guy is that he is a me first person and that doesn't mold with Schiano's Buccaneer Man mantra. Plus add in the fact that he is horrible at run D. I wouldn't mind bringing him in to be used situationally.

But that's just it. I don't want to make too much of this, he's just one guy and I do agree with Schiano usually, but I hope turning down guys who can help us just because they don't fit the "Buccaneer Way" doesn't become too harmful of a habit.

| Our problem on the dline is we have too many power rushers who can push the pocket but don't have that pure edge rusher. Guy that can generate pressure with strength speed and pure pass rushing moves. |
