I read today that Tank Carradine tore his ACL. He is a DE that plays opposite of Bejoern Werner. He is a pretty good edge rusher and plays the run pretty well also. He won't be able to work out before the draft but should be ready to go for training camp and the regular season. This draft seems pretty deep at DE? Do you think a guy with his talent will fall to the Lions second round?
Note: This makes the assumption that we will be drafting between 7 and 12. |

| Broyles fell to us and he had 4 years of amazing production. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is Carradine's first year of playing time. |

| Prior to tearing his ACL I saw him projected as a first round pick. However, if Montgomery, Mingo and Werner come out, they will be first round locks along with Michael Buchanan and Alex Okafor (both of could probably go between 18-32). Owning to the fact that he was a JUCO transfer and his ACL, I think there is a good chance he is there when we select in the second round. I think he would be a great fit for our defense assuming his knee is healthy. |

Pre ACL tear, he's a top 10-15 prospect. Now, he will probably at worst be a late 2nd. I don't it's a great comparison to Broyles though. His position isn't valued the same and I don't remember any point where people wanted Broyles top 10. But, I would be giddy if we got him in the 2nd considering he will probably play most of next season but he'll still probably drop for injury. _________________ I <3 Kate Upton and Ezekiel Ansah, just FYI

Yup, lol.
I mean more so that he might be able to be had in the 3rd round. Say what you want about him, but Walter does make his living off of his website. |
