Indeed.
Poor mismanagement by Reid and the personnel people. _________________

This is what happens when non-football guys make decisions. They have no idea about intangibles.
Mikell should still be on this team.
I'm looking at you, Roseman. _________________

Also why I think it's absolute bull crap when people compare football to baseball. In football things like laziness are infectious. Guys are on unguaranteed contracts risking their necks and long term health on every and any given play.
In baseball you don't do that.
When a few guys on the field are scared of contact or don't want to tackle, it makes other guys go "well hell, then why should I?" Even worse when vets do it and don't hold anyone accountable. _________________

What's to defend, Q at 7 million a year? Okay he would have taken a discount, but still you would be mad that we signed a 30 or 31 year old guy. _________________

Good post Phire and Meco.
Hugh knows what he is talking about. I'll just leave it at.
I love to talk football amongst my peers, friends, acquaintances, co-workers, etc; but over the past 6 weeks, it's gotten more and more embarrassing to do so considering everyone knows my passion for the Eagles. Hard to speak highly and/or defend a team when only a handful (or less) of your roster truly cares. Thankfully all of us on this forum are in the same boat, but in my current geographic surroundings, I have no other Eagle supporters. _________________

Move to Oregon. You'll have B60 to comfort you. Or move to Las Vegas, Ninja and Meco can comfort you. And I know that feeling too well. I kept defending the Eagles when everyone kept saying they stunk and now.....yeah. _________________

You already have it.
Coleman gets in a fight on every play.
In fact, he's too worn out to tackle or cover. |

Exactly. I find it funny now in hindsight many in this forum are all of a sudden bringing this up as a problem. Especially when the majority were running out of town older players who supposedly had lost a step or would cost to much. We need to go Young , build around Kolb, Rebuild BS that was shoved down our throats non stop in this forum. It's only now that
McNabb
Dawk
Sheldon
Runyun
Mikell
Westy
Jamall , etc, are missed and people questioning the moves that were made. Few of us said be careful what you wish for when going young. Unfortunately now we are going to have to learn the hard way even more so after several more key mistakes and three wasted years. _________________

It all starts from the top.
We need to find an identity for our team.
So when you think of the Philadelphia Eagles, you think of....... _________________
