That's the thing, when my aunt mentioned that colbert want lewis-moore if "he's there" may indicate he's a 1st-2nd round prospect. I looked more into him, he's among high rated senior d-lineman due to his versatility playing 4-3 and 3-4. I'm okay safety just feel like the talent separation between 1st and 3rd in this draft class wouldn't be a big gap. Rambo had a superior game against ga tech and could go in 2nd or 3rd. We can find a safety to develop into future starter as we have seen carnell lake effect on will allen.
One safety I'm really high on is still the same guy, shamarko thomas.
Who's up for carnell lake as next defensive coordinator for the steelers??? I know I am! |

It's way early, but I doubt we get a shot at Moore. Probably long gone by our turn.
Right now, Kenny Vaccaro and Louis Nix (if he declares) are the guys I like as fits for our needs. _________________

I was listening and Worilds sounds like he was impressive. Also, Harrison looks back to full form. If Worilds can be an effective starter, Heyward can take over Keisel, the real question mark in out front 7 is our ILB. If they play to their potential, Im fine with:
Keisel -> Heyward
Harrison -> Worilds
Foote -> ??
Will Allen -> ??
Clark -> ??
So, IMO safety is the clear need with ILB second. |

| I wouldn't say ILB. Sure it'd be nice to have a developmental prospect to replace Foote in future but beside Ryan Clark, Larry Foote has been our consistent best defensive player. |

Foote has been our most consistently average player, I'll give you that. Lewis has been the most consistent. Foote is getting older, and we need someone to play behind them for a few years. I only think Foote has 1-2 years left. Not sure I trust Spence yet, but there's no doubt Safety is our biggest need. Wish Harrison Smith was there this year! |
