I don't think I've seen the words forced missed tackles and an eagles skill player in the same sentence for a long time!

Can you define this for me? First time I've encountered such a thing. |
ProFootballFocus doesn't count broken tackles as broken tackles, they count them as forced missed tackles. They also do not count jukes as tackles eluded, they count them as forced missed tackles. Combine the two and you get their "Forced Missed Tackles" count that they eventual turn into their "elusive" rating that ends up having guys like Lagarette Blount as the most elusive runner in the NFL. It's another thing PFF does that is stupid. Make that a missed tackle rate or something, bowling over a guy doesn't make you elusive. |
Woah there, you're using big words for an Eagles fan
Let's start with the basics, what in the deepest bowels of hell are "broken tackles"?????????? |
Oooooooh… I see what you're doing. _________________

It's flawed, but it gives you an idea of players playing well _________________

Yeah, but you got to select the stats otherwise it would be a disaster like QBR. _________________

I never did. PFF has been the biggest joke of a football analysis there is. _________________

He reminds me of a young Ricky Williams.. The style of play to the body build, with the mix of power to agility and the rare turbo acceleration for his size, the natural elite moves at all speeds, ability to offer a jack of trades in such a complete package of physicality..
Ricky Williams younger campaigns were sick, he would get the ball 40 times a game and just out man every one.. should check those high lights out and you will seee some Bryce Brown. _________________
