I have seen Ronnie play a lot in the past. I like him a lot (homer) but I can say I am very disappointed at his play. He just doesn't look explosive or decisive like he did in college (probably the speed of the NFL). I know the NFL can be cruel to youngsters and the excuse that he is really young cannot fly on this team, he needs to step it up. I really hope he can make a few good runs to give him confidence which is what I think he lacks right now and I do think his hammy is not 100% but that should not be an excuse since this team has that 'next man up' mentality. Let's hope he can make some plays in these upcoming games.

The Broncos need to sign Jason Babin.

Babin sucks and is a locker room cancer. No thanks. [/code]

Or to think more immediate, Wolfe. So we can move him inside where he belongs.

I think Ayers deserves more PT to be honest. I'd like our Defense more if we moved Wolfe inside to replace Bannan and started Ayers.

I don't think Wolfe can hold the line better than Bannan. And Ayer is no where near as athletic as Tuck or JPP.
However, I do like your idea of starting him over Doom.

Most vets don't like losing, can affect anyones attitude. Would you rather see Babin on the Patriot's Dline coming after Manning ?

What's the matter with you guys? Jason Babin is a good pass rushing DE with experience in a even front in a situational role. If he clears waivers all the way to us, we should sign him. In fact, if we didn't' I'd be disappointed in Elway who has said, multiple times, "you can't have too many good pass rushers."

He shows up on the stat sheet, but in game he is actually pretty god awful.

What has Babin ever done when he isn't playing in the Wide 9? Nothing.

His first 6 years in the league? His first year in the Wide 9 was with Jim Washburn in Tennessee (2010/11) and in 2011/12 he went to Philly with Jim Washburn.

Have you ever even watched the guy play? Or are you just looking at stat sheets the media coordinator is passing out?

My point exactly.

Football is not about putting guys on a field and say "Play Football". Its about schemes and mismatches. We already have a one-trick-pony in Elvis Dumervil, although he has gotten better against the run this year. Jason Babin is a product of a system and a system that is so flawed its not even funny. Not only that, Babins a huge punk. All he cares about are his stats getting to the papers

Watching all 22 at my girlfriends, couple notes after each teams first possession :-

* Von got benched after about 3 plays on the Chiefs 1st drive. Slightly unjust but he had one real bad play on a zone run play to his side that went for about 9.

* Justin Bannan is being single blocked every play and doing nothing at all.

* If anyone questions Knowshon's poor vision, watch the first run from scrimmage. The play is designed to go inbetween LT and LG and for some reason he isn't interested in the 3 yard hole that is created in between LT and LG.
