| THE DUKE wrote: | I see a buffet as a challenge. I just can't help myself. Me and some guys from work had lunch at Golden Corral, and I had:
2 servings of pot roast
2 decent sized triangles of enchilada
2 mini steakbugers
2 yeast rolls
an onion ring
a pretty big chicken leg
bbq pork
piece of chocolate cake
chocolate cookie
banana pudding
2 rice crispy treats
Needless to say i'm hurting now. I may not eat again until Thanksgiving lunch tomorrow. |
That's a good idea. My stomach hurts just reading that. _________________

Forget the 'Curry Mile', the big culinary news in Manchester is 'Taco Bell' opening its third UK restaurant in the Arndale Centre.
Haven't got to fly 8000 miles now for my 'Taco Bell' fix. Ahhhhhhhhh ! |
I went there on visit to the Arndale, Wasn't that impressed not going to lie. Just stick to Doner Kebabs. _________________

I'm not surprised. Taco Smell pretty much sucks.
If i have a taco craving and don't feel like making it myself, i go to Chipotle. _________________

Love me some chipotle, I could easily live on the curry mile but my wife would probably divorce me from the smells alone. |

The smell of curry is always gorgeous, the problem is because it's just students who live around it that it's quite often covered in cheesy chips, spilt alcohol and random patches of puke in the morning. Walking down it on bonfire night there were kids shooting fireworks just on the road.
However it's the busiest bus route in Europe so you don't really have to walk along it all. I love student life. Getting lectures from Brian Cox as well, which sounds way cooler than it is.

| Just my opinion but turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and gravy all in the same bite is the greatest taste ever. Hopefully I wake up before the foosball games are over. |

Just googled 'Chipotle', didn't realise there were branches in London; have to check'm out...... _________________ " I imagine that in Paul McCartneys' house, he must have a shelf with the 12+ great 'Beatles' studio albums neatly stacked.
