why the hell won't we play Stanzi? These other 2 bums don't belong in the NFL. _________________

Because he could do worse? No? Well no reason I can think of.

Alright, I've had enough with Dwayne Bowe. Can we please trade him for a 2nd? Too many drops, not enough effort. _________________

Close game but pretty much guaranteed a loss. Just what I was hoping for tbh. One step closer to Geno with Jags winning. _________________

Honestly, I am happy. We showed heart, and a complete ineptitude to coach. Therefore Im happy with the talent and no turnovers, and am thrilled that Romeo will be gone at years end. _________________

This game was lost by three decisions not to go for it on 4th down. Noone ever should assume Peyton Manning walks off the field with less than 15 points (and that probably would be a career low).So if a NFL-inappropriate offense settles TWICE for field goals going to a 6-0 lead it may look good initially - but it does not take into consideration the other QB. What was there to lose?
This game was lost by Romeo himself - sideline tape clearly shows Dabboll goes to him before making critical decisions.
This was the first game I watched for four weeks .. and actually I enjoyed the first quarter.
BTW: Good to hear someone else gets his mind set straight on Bowe and his qualities and the League's most feared pass dropper. |

Ok, it's a fact Bowe drops passes. It's also a fact Bowe has not been among the "leaders" in drops the past few years or this year. So what do you want? Jerry Rice? a perfect WR? You want him to just not drop it when YOU are watching?
You know just as I type this Vernon Davis drops a wide open pass in the middle of the field, they really need to get rid of that guy...no biggie, they drafted a QB who got a 1st down the very next play. The biggest problem some of you have with Bowe is that his QB sucks, you just don't realize it. If we had a good QB we'd just shrug it off like "it happens" and move on to the next play, but some of you can't do that with Bowe because his drops hurt the team so much more than the other top WR's even though he drops it less than most of them....because our QB isn't good enough to overcome anything beyond perfection from the WR's.
So what happens if we had another top WR like Thomas or Megatron for example who drop just as many as Bowe, you'd just want to get rid of them too when they drop it, right? Clue me in to your logic so we can all get on board... _________________

I'm not sure why you seem to take anything that goes against your opinion personal. Sit dow and have a smoke .. a drink .. or whatever calms you down.
I've been critical for Bowe for quite a while and I continue to be so. He's NOT one of the top five WR in the league - so I understand why people (like Piopeople) refrain from paying him top money. And I just commented the fact that someone else obviously noticed the same thing.
If the Chiefs had a top WR like Megatron dropping as many passes as Bowe the answer is very simple: that guy would NOT be a top receiver. And nowhere did I mention to get rid of Bowe. I just think it's prudent to recognize what/who Bowe is - and to take off the pink sunglasses when looking his way - and his next pay check. |

You don't make any sense...you're saying that many of the widely considered top WR's in the league are actually....not?
I see Megatron, Cruz,Thomas, Bryant,Nelson,Decker,Wayne, Welker,Britt, A.Johnson,Lloyd,Marshall, Wallace...where's Bowe? And how on earth does Peyton ever accomplish anything with the top two droppers in the AFC? _________________
