Apparently signed with the chargers a couple of weeks ago. So far in the game against the chiefs he has 2 catches for 41 yards, one big play going for 30. One mans trash is another mans treasure i guess *sigh* _________________ Rams Rams Rams

I actually follow him on twitter and I saw his tweet saying he got signed by the Chargers. _________________ Adopt-a-Ram: Brian Quick - 11 receptions, 156 yards, 2 TDs |

Meh, we'll see. I know Chiefs fans said the exact same thing whenever he caught his first NFL TD on the Chargers. But the dude just can't stay healthy. We were all saying the same thing last year when Laurent Robinson was tearing it up. But now, he's been pretty silent. It's all relative when you think about it. _________________

Danario is Danario. Like the guy a lot but one game doesn't prove anything. He did the same with us. Had a great game, picked up a nagging injury then disappeared for the next few games. _________________

Guess I need to re-evaluate what is considered great these days, especially when guys like Cecil Shorts are going for over 100 yards, he must be a HOFer.
jrry I know thats not what you are saying, but there are people here that are thinking it. And this is just sad. He was exactly what many of us have said, an injury problem with raw talent that never got any better, and once their lover boy got cut there were many around here just waiting for him to have his first catch elsewhere so they could make this thread.
A deep threat should look like Chris Given, not Danario. Sorry, still glad hes gone |

If Cecil is getting over 100 with Gabbert he should absolutely go to the HOF..
That is legendary mode right there. _________________

Big play potential was never the issue. He can not stay healthy for 10 games a season.
Add that to his inability to play special teams, you can not have that from a #3/#4 WR. _________________

I said that we were probably gonna regret cutting this guy. Sure, he'll occasionally get injured but I'll take that big play potential any day of the week over a practically useless Steve Smith or Austin Pettis. Don't see where the personal vendetta that some posters seem to have against him comes from, DX is a beast. Luckily, that blow will be softened soon with the arrival of future superstar Justin Hunter. _________________
