Teams: Arizona Cardinals, New York Jets
Date: December 2nd, 2012
Time: 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Location: MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey
TV: FOX
Radio: Sirius Channel 178
It's a serious battle between this game and the Oakland-Cleveland game and the Kansas City-Carolina game for "Least Relevant Game of the Week". I just hope our younger guys continue to make strides. A W would be nice but at this point, I'll take simply improvement. _________________

I expect a bounce back performance by our defense, but a worse performance in terms of points scored by our offense.

| Lindley throws 3 or 4 more picks in a loss. Whiz states on his Monday presser if the team would have just ran the ball the whole game and not thrown one pass they would have had a better chance based on dave Zastudil's booming leg and a lights out defense. |

Maybe this will finally be the game where Tebow steps in at QB and greatly helps the Cards' chances of winning. I fully expect this defense to have a field day embarrassing Sanchez but our offense is atrocious so that may not be enough. _________________

If Tebow starts, the Jets will not only win the time of possession battle, but the game as well. We just can't stop the run and adding another rushing weapon on that field would make it even tougher on the D.
Man, I feel dirty! You have no idea how hard it was for me to type that as I hate Tebow so much! _________________

| Sad as it is, at this point, I'm happy with the team tanking the last few weeks of the season. Draft high and make it good, next season is a must playoff appearance or HUGE front office changes looming. |

I'll be watching the tackles pretty heavily Sunday. Big week for both of them, another audition week. _________________

I thought so a couple weeks ago but he has broken ribs. Won't happen now. |

Yeah and this is the game the Jets WR's(Larry,Curley and Moe) have breakout games probably. |

Our corners have played pretty well, Patrick's nearing elite levels. Gets closer everyday. The worry should be the ground game, not the Jets WRs on the outside. _________________

Agreed. People who bang on our secondary are dead wrong.
We're top 8 in pass defense. William Gay is who he is. We knew that coming into this year.
We rarely generate a pass rush from our OLB, and yet we still excell in that department.
The lack of a run defense as of late has set up more playaction. Anyone notice how Rhodes and Peterson have had to creep toward the LOS lately to make tackles?
We need a new OLB and ILB. We're fine in the secondary. _________________

While this won't be the game of the week by any stretch of the imagination for most football fans, I think this is a pretty important game for the Cardinals. While I am a Niners fan, I live in Arizona. I'm about a 5 minute drive to the stadium, in fact. So, when I'm not worried about division standings, I find myself rooting for the Cardinals. I don't care what the numbers are, Fitzgerald is the best WR in the league.
The offense is struggling, no doubt about that. However, playing a team like the Jets is a great game to evaluate Lindley and other inexperienced players backing up injured starters. Playing a very good team can skew the numbers and even the eye test. Let's see what Lindley can do against a bad team and build from there if he plays a great game. I think the Cardinals win this one handily and regain some confidence. The fans surely need it after a 4-0 start, only to lose the next seven. The Jets are simply a bad team this year with injuries and poor performances by Sanchez.
Good luck, guys! _________________

Two of my best mates are pats and jets fans
I have been ripping on the pats one all year now I am torn about the jets
I want us to win to shut him up, but also want us to lose to get a better draft picks
