I'm curious to see what Justo's metrics say about this one because despite records both teams are very advance stat friendly.

well the giants O isn't as good as the lions. and our team can't play much worse than they did last week. everything was just 'off'. and the refs sucked (for both sides) so i think we'll have a good shot to win...

of course, you can always count on 2 things between these two teams..

us winning game 1, then them crushing us game 2.

There is no part of me looking forward to watching this OL go up against JPP, Osi, Tuck, Joseph, Bernard, Kiwanuka and Canty. MM needs a solid game plan here, lots of screens, delays, draws and quick routes. Use their strength against them. Haven't been impressed with MM's game planning at all minus the Houston game, he needs to be prepared for this one.

On defense, Eli has been struggling, so Dom will probably sit in soft zone and rarely blitz. I know it sounds pessimistic but I hate how Dom plays the good QB's. Brees was playing poorly till he came to GB and we just let him do what he wanted as well. I will be looking forward to seeing how Dom approaches this game from a defensive standpoint. Obviously getting Shields and CMIII back would be huge.

Going to this one thanks to IaR. "CAN'T WAIT!"

Their D-line scares me but if Rodgers can get some time back there like some of the other QBs they have faced have, I am 100% confident he can pick that secondary apart.

Don't wanna see much zone. Cruz will pick out the soft spots in that zone with his route-running ability and feast if we give him the chance.

Any word on who will be coming back from injury for this one?

Green Bay (95.20) is still #3 in the league behind the Patriots (97.80) and Broncos (100.8Cool. Giants (85.86) are also behind the Seahawks (89.79)

9.34 confidence in the Packers. That would have been like the 3rd or 4th least confident game in an average week. Should be a good game. Problem with the Giants is that they are so on the extremes when they play. They destroy a Panthers team that has played close or won every game besides that Giants game, but then get blown out by the Bengals (which is actually #1 in the AFC North by these rankings).

This game could be the playoff game all over again, or it could be the Texans game round two.

I've thrown as many TDs in the Giants' last 3 games as Eli Manning has.

I'm not saying. I'm just saying.

I think we're over rating the Giants DL a bit. Theyre surely not a line you prefer to go up against but they haven't been producing like they did in the playoffs. It's not a good match up for us, but I'm not going to pretend we have no shot.

Keep a heallty amount of draws and screens in the playbook, but otherwise go out there and play ball. We're the Green Bay Packers with MVP Aaron Rodgers at the helm, we should dictate the flow of the game, not the other way around.

I wouldn't be suprised at all to see Aaron go completely bonkers on prime time. You know all week he's going to be hearing about how we lost in the playoffs, and we've seen time and time again what happens when you [inappropriate/removed] him off.

I have a really good feeling about this one.

I want a rout like in 09 (?) when we beat them 37-0. I have friends who are giant fans asking if I remember the playoff game. How can I answer that?! Remember the regular season game? No. Who cares. Playoff game is infinitely more important. I want the giant fans leaving by start of the 4th quarter. I don't want any questions about who the better team is. Packers 45- Giants 13.

Yes, we need to send NY into a tailspin and give the division to the Cowboys. For some reason NY stinks up the regular season, sneaks into the playoffs, and play extremely well. Cowboys will choke in the playoffs, so I'm not worried about that.

Falcons
Packers
Niners
Cowboys
Seahawks
Saints

My ideal playoff scenario with how the season has unfolded so far. Saints find a way to knock off the Niners and we're Superbowl bound as I don't think there's a team on that list that could beat us where they would have to play us. Boys, Saints, and Seahawks would all lose in GB. I have no problem playing the overrated Falcons in Atlanta.

That sure is a sobering thought, and unfortunately could be a true to life scenario......
