Dallas losing helps us in the fight for a wild card spot.
Let see for Week 12:
Seahawks at Dolphins - Could be a close game, long trip from Seattle to Miami.
Packers at Giants - Giants seem to have the Packers number as of recently
Vikings at Bears - Bears seem to be trending down but they might get there QB back, Vikings coming off a big division win could steal one from the Bears.
Falcons at Bucs - Tough game for both teams. The Falcons look like the favorite on paper, though they have been regressing in recent weeks.
49ers at Saints - Saints are hot right now, the 49ers look fantastic too. With Kaepernick starting for the 49ers that could either backfire or catch the Saints off guard.
Any other games worth noting? |

We'll have to do pretty good if we want to have a chance at the play offs. The bucs and the bears are going to be our biggest competition for the playoffs. _________________

Don't forget Seattle. 10-6 is a good bet for them, and if The Vikings also go 10-6, The Seahawks have the edge, due to their head-to-head win. _________________

Well today is the day.
If we can beat Chicago, on their turf, I think we can call ourselves a legit playoff threat.
I'm excited. REALLY EXCITED.
lets do it!! _________________

Tampa bay, Seattle, and the Vikes lost today. So we still have a chance. Next week Tampa goes to Denver, Seattle goes to chicago, and we go to green bay. We all could lose again _________________ "Friends dont let friends be Packer fans"

Losing to Chicago in Chicago doesnt change much since the Bucs, and Seahawks lost. Basically no one got anywhere. The Packers and Saints losing would be huge. |

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Seahawks starting CBs Richard Sherman and Brandon Browner are both facing four-game suspensions for violating the league's policy against performance-enhancing drugs. _________________

6-5 with 5 tough games to go . . . hmmmmmm, given the way the Vikes played today, I can only hope they figure out how to correct road game issues. I don't see the bears losing more than 2 games the rest of the way, so, they'd finish at 11-5 or better and win the division.
Starting with a great game at GB would be a nice turn for the Vikes, which could put the Pack and Vikes for a major clash in the Dome the last game of the year . . . possibly determining their respective wild card dreams.
If the Pack were to run-off 4 wins in a row, they'd be in great shape. The Vikes need to prevent that from happening |

Seattle, New Orleans, Tampa, Dallas and Washington are all in the or worse position than the Vikings.
The Packers have an edge over Mn and the above teams though GB and MN can make the playoffs as the wild card
Basically the Vikings can control there own destiny by winning. Granted it will be tough, if they can split the Packers and Bears games and beat the Rams there is a decent chance the team could get in at 9-7. |
