Sweet. Now teams will only have to get past him sucking to offer a trade. _________________

I don't want to excuse his play. I will just say that this may be what was keepin him from bein mentally in the game. I hope, that this eases his mind (if thats the issue) and he can turn his poor season around! _________________

Since there is no case, he is not guilty...no NFL punishment should come. This could help us make a trade...
Or we just keep him around as a well paid 2down LB...
Or while I won1t like it we still could change to 3-4 in the offseason and he could be a full time starter again... _________________ WIN LOSE OR TIE...RAIDER FAN 'TIL I DIE!!

No team will trade for him with his contract. Either we keep him or we cut him. If we stick with a 4-3 I think he's done, if we go 3-4 he might stick around. _________________

Probably not, but there are some teams with huge cap space, so you never know... _________________ WIN LOSE OR TIE...RAIDER FAN 'TIL I DIE!!

No, anywhere else and it would be the same thing. No victim, no crime. That is the way the legal system works. Who cares if you don't like the guy. But don't pi$$ on the legal system because of it. _________________

When a jury is involved best representation wins. That's the way our legal system works. Easy call. There wasn't an iota of doubt in my mind that McClain wouldn't do significant time if any. _________________ 2013 Mancrush: DT Richardson, OT Joeckel, FS Vaccaro, FS Rambo, WR Dobson, RB Michael, TE McDonald, OT Foketi, WR Swope |

But you can't get to a jury if you don't have a cooperating victim. Even a rookie defense attorney makes that call. You have a shady victim and he tucks tail and runs every time.
On another note where do we go with McClain now that his reps have been cut significantly on 3rd down. We cannot continue to pay him front line money for a 2 down guy. I have to wonder if there will be tons of undrafted guys coming in to compete for reps. I would think that if a quality 2 down guy falls in the draft we would pounce on as many as possible. _________________
