That's a lot of change going on.
I'm hoping that Backus doesn't retire - I'd like him to play G or T for us for another year. I guess that you did an alright job of replacing him, though. KVB also strikes be as being unlikely to retire for another year or two.
Denard just seems like a homer pick. I'm not against picking a fast player to fill Best's role, but I feel like he's too much of a project. Those kind of versatile players always seem like a good idea but I feel like they rarely become more than average. _________________

| I personally like it but that is because the general concept is identical to the mock a posted a week ago or two ago. |

Amerson is garbage. He is going to fall like a rock in the draft just like the Nebraska CB last year. I want nothing do with him even as a Safety. The rest is solid. Would be nice to get that much for Avril but doubt it happens. _________________

Not sure why he's your example to prove that we shouldn't pick Amerson _________________ Kate Upton for sexy President!!!

My statement was he is going to fall like him. I didn't say for the same reasons or that he would turn out the same. But Denard fell for more than just off field issues. He had dropped to the third/fourth before his fight. _________________

How did Denard look at RB for Michigan? Would that be a nice substitution for Best? _________________ AAL: DeAndre Levy 31 Tackles

Eh, I agree that he'll fall, but probably only to the 3rd or 4th, where he was a consensus 1st rounder before the start of the season. I think he would make a nice safety though, the guys a ball hawk, hes just not fast enough to be a CB. |

He didn't really play a pure RB so too tough to call. To get a real feel for that we'll have to wait until Senior Bowl week. _________________

I see the potential to be Harvin-esque in Denard though. Which for this team, would be an excellent fit. _________________ Are you getting Ziggy with it? |

Wouldn't franchising Seth Logan be a more effective use of the tag?
And Denard Robinson in the third made me throw up in my mouth a little bit.... |

| I kid....I like the other picks but no way to Denard. The NFL has lots of guys that can run fast - and that is really all Denard brings to the table imho. |

I endorse any draft with us drafting Te'o.
I guess I wouldn't complain TOO much with drafting Denard (oh lord, yes I will).
But ya know...Te'o...
