I actually like the fact that Mitchell will get a chance to cover Graham. Honestly its the run that kills us.
Also are DB's should have some time to get to the ball, hopefully our DL has been working on tipping passes. We have one of the tallest DL in the league going against a QB who already has to peak over NFL teams to get a throw off.
We still need to stop the run first. They are going to try and pound it and take the crowd out of it. |

S'alright. Even though you did say we could build around him on defense. Watch Graham juke him and Wheels go face-first into the turf. After last game there's only a couple who'd want him resigned. I don't mind as long as its a backup role. I was excited when we first signed him. Then I started seeing his coverage skills vs the Lions in prereason and got a bit worried. Its slowly cone to surface each game. He wiffs worse than anybody on the D.

True. I should have said wiffs harder than anyone else on the D. I want most of this D wiped out so I'm not favoring or hating certain players. I mean the D is on the field plenty so they're gonna get opportunities to tackle. Tackles is a meaningless stat on this team when you think about it.

Saints are playing better football these last few weeks and are 4-5 looking at the opening of the tunnel. I see them turning it on this week and making a playoff push. Hard to see us pushing out a win unless we've fixed some big problem areas this week.

Pretty sure it's because a ton of bets have already been made on the Saints and they're trying to even it out. That's pretty common strategy.

No . . they've moved the line in the opposite direction from what I've heard from +6 to +4. It's takes a ton of money to move a line by 2pts btw.(disclaimer: I haven't haven't looked at the line so I have no idea if this is true, just what I heard and can easily confirmed by you).

Yea, that's the right direction. Saints were favored by 6, now it's by 4. They move the lines closer together if they get a large amount of bets on a favorite.

You are incorrect NB. If the general public is betting the favorite the spread grows to encourage people to bet the other side hence this line SHOULD read +9. I used to bet a lot I'm just not into it this year. I'm not trying build false hopes but obviously someone likes the home dog, which in most cases would be a good bet.
