They should always be AFC vs. NFC games. Not sure if that would work with the schedules, but if any game in the NFL can be deemed less meaningful than other it would be an AFC vs. NFC game. I absolutely hate how they have division games on Thursday's. _________________ Bring swag back to Dallas 2012.

Division games are normally good, but like Indy vs. Jags? Phins vs. Bills?
I think a game like Bills. vs. Jags would have been better, as well as Phins vs. Colts. |
Don't we have SNF and MNF for that, though? |
Doesn't really matter, thursday night games are usually bad regardless of the teams. The short week causes the teams to be unprepared and not very well rested from a game Sunday. _________________ Kickers are people too |

As long as every team get's to play on a thursday I think the flex could would be a good idea. _________________

| it would be a logistical nightmare to flex Thursday... Sunday night is really the only game that can be moved to an earlier start... at the same time moving an early Sunday start to a later start.. |

| Can't flex games to different days. Way too many people make travel plans in advance. Venues have tight schedules as well. |

No because if we had good teams matching up each thursday then its not fair on the players. they hate thursday games already and it would exhaust them. Theyre human you know. _________________

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the Thursday night games either. I think they should be eliminated. _________________ Hey there, Blimpy Boy, flying through the sky so fancy.. free.. |

More football on TV = good.
I get (though don't totally buy) the "worse quality due to short week" argument. But I really don't see how fans would be against watching more football. Even a bad game is better than no game IMO. |

To be honest, I like only being able to watch football on Sundays and Mondays. Thursdays just eat up another evening that could be spent tending to actual responsibilities, haha. _________________

| wont happen, every team gets a chance for prime time. i like it that way, while that may lead to a lot of crappy games its better for the game in terms of spreading the entire product and not just the most popular teams. If the NFL had it there way they probbly would only pick a handful of the most popular teams to be on primetime for ratings purposes. |

| No way. You realize people buy tickets to these games and often would be unable to make a Thursday game, when they were planning on a Sunday game. Not to mention the logistics for the teams and the league. |
