Clay Matthews is doubtful. Sam Shields and Charles Woodson are out. Greg Jennings won't rule himself out, small chance he will play. _________________

I think the Giants need this one way worse than the Pack. Let's hope they play with some urgency _________________

I will be at this one. Very excited for it. Also a little nervous because as others have mentioned, your D-line has the capability to completely demolish our pass protection if your guys are playing up to snuff. Another thing that worries me is that Dom Capers seems to love to have the D drop back into this VERY soft zone. A guy like Cruz with his route running ability will completely pick that apart and our guys, minus Hayward I think, are much better suited for man. So while I know we need to run SOME zone...I hope it is kept to a minimum..especially in this one.
Either way, should be a great game. These teams usually bring their best when they play each other. _________________

The only thing consistent about the Giants is that they are inconsistent. I've come to a point where my predictions are closer to guesses, and therefore completely irrelevant and uninformative. I have no idea which Giants team is going to show up this week. _________________

Packers fans don't have much to worry about. You prevent the big play and we'll only end up scoring field goals. As for our D it ONLY gives up the big plays so the score will be GIants - Some factor of 3 Packers - Some factor of 7. _________________

The way the Giants D was so effective vs. GB in the playoffs was disrupting the wide receivers and being more physical at the LOS, breaking up the timing between AR12 and the corps. The GB coaching staff has preached physicality to the offense and emphasized getting off the press.
If GB's WR can win their individual match-ups and the OL can pass-pro decently, AR should be able to go to work. If not, it'll be tough sledding all day.
Good luck on Sunday. _________________

For two division-leading teams, this thread is mostly a contest of who thinks their team is more likely to pull out the loss than who will actually win. How about we make both fanbases happy and just call it a tie? Coughlin and McC troll everyone, then. _________________

I think the difference in this game will be the Giants inability to defend the big play. I believe we lead the league in allowing 20+ yard plays on defense. The Packers just need to get the ball into Cobb's hands and let him work his magic. It's not all bad - he's on my team in my money leagues. _________________

I'm hoping having KP back will make a big impact with that...hoping for 3 safety D with Brown and KP back there making Aaron's life miserable _________________

Out: T. Manning (backup LB), Matthews III, Shields, Woodson.
Questionable: Jennings, Quarless.
I think Jennings gets held out another week. Would love to see Andrew Quarless get some play. He broke his leg vs. you guys last year in the regular season and was on the PUP to start the year. Has not seen the field in 2012.
He would be a valuable asset vs. your pass rush. Here he is absolutely de-cleating Jared Allen last year and then making a nice route adjustment and then catch.
