Eight months after a trio of ticket buyers split a $656 million Mega Millions jackpot to set a world lottery record, Powerball is offering up a prize that would be the second highest.

The $500 million jackpot, the largest in Powerball's history, represents a potential life-changing fortune.

I has rolled 16 times without a winner now.

They project 60% chance of a winner thus far for tonight maybe more if a flurry of buyers join.

We had a thread about the Mega Millions and this could catch it if no one wins again.

Already bought $30 worth of tickets. Wife's orders - $10 for me, $10 for her, $10 for baby. Money is already spent. Very Happy

Pretty sure you can disclose information if u ask them. Only an idiot would go parade with the winning ticket to a local bar.
Reminds me of that Urban Legend

I hate the lottery. Nearly everyone I know that buys these tickets cannot afford them. They complain about how they have no money, then don't shell out 100 dollars a month on the lottery and don't buy 200 dollars worth of tickets when the jackpot goes over 100 million! If you can't afford food and have to go to a food bank every week, don't wate money like this!
