Renewing the annual deadly dance of death, it's the rejuvenated young male horses of the midwest paying a visit to the heart of bluestatesylvania to face the team that adopted the image of the Boston Tea Party long before a bunch of angry, frightened old white people did.
It's time, once again, to play
Handsome QB
versus Ugly QB
Darius Butler won DPOW this past week.
This guy
except now he's this guy
So that happened. I'm not sure how it happened, but it happened, and we all have to live with it.
fun fact: Bill Belichick started his coaching career in the 70s with the then-Baltimore Colts as an assistant under Ted Marchibroda.
Together, Bill and Ted were...
[meedlymeedlymeedly]
The key to a Patriots victory?
1. Don't play so terrible on defense
2. Find the guy with the orange dreads and throw to the guy he's trying to cover.
3. Slash Reggie Wayne's tires on gameday. _________________

Random stat of hopeful significance:
Luck has fumbled in each of the last 6 games, losing 3. The Pats are tied for most FFs and have the most FRs. _________________ Shut up, NBT |

| This is going to be another shootout. As much as I want Talib to be the spark that turns this secondary around, I just don't see it happening - at least not this week. |

I'm still reveling in how the Peyton is GOAT idiots have gone into hiding.
Turns out that Peyton isn't the only QB in the history of the game that can win games at QB for the Colts. Despite the Colts being MUCH less talented now than they were for the entirety of Peytons career, they are 6-3 somehow. Maybe, just maybe, those Colts teams weren't nearly as bad as those idiots who would constantly throw them under the bus to elevate Lord Peyton. _________________

I just wished he had stayed healthy last year, so the Colts could have gone 6-10 with a gutted team and the illusion would have died completely. They were bereft of talent last year due to Polian's bumbling, and a good draft and free agency period has bolstered what talent was there to make for a decent team. But let's not forget that Andrew Luck is really, really good too. |

They haven't gone into hiding, anyway. I'm higher on Peyton this year than ever before, probably. _________________ Yo, is that time machine done yet? |

Guess it can't even get passed the first page without bringing Manning up eh? Ya, this team and last years team have very little in common.
Anyways, this game could be an old fashioned shoot-out. I might have missed something, but I think the pats have lost to the last two rookie QBs they've faced (Wilson and McCoy back in 2010. Again, may have missed one though). So that may bode well for Andrew. BUT, he's been very meh on the road. 2:7 TD:INT ratio on the road this year. Like some other Colts fans have said, it's going to be a good measuring test for Luck and the rest of the Colts team. |
