toughest:
Logan Mankins. Played 2011 with a torn ACL. 'nuff said
Wes Welker. Takes the biggest shots of any WR in the league on a regular basis and gets right back up. Funny that it was a non-contact injury that ended his 2009 season.
softest:
Brandon Lloyd. Remember this?
Turns out he's still the same guy. Loves to catch balls kneeling or sitting down. Makes little to no effort to get yards after the catch, and generally avoids contact whenever possible. Not exactly ingratiating himself to the fan base here that's been watching Welker and Gronk take massive shots and carry defenders on their backs for the last few years.

Sanchez played through a shoulder injury two years ago IIRC.

He's gotten softer over time. He falls down like a sack of bricks when there is any pressure. I don't think there's a QB in the league that goes down easier than Sanchez. He's gotten pretty soft mentally too. He looks like he's about to break down in tears every time he messes up.
He used to be much tougher both mentally and physically. Remember all of those game winning drives he had in 2010?
