Likely just an older, "meh" CB with speed. But, it's a warm body and with Webb and Jimmy both out, it's what we need.

For the 1st quarter of the season he did play last season, he was the worst starter on a terrible D. Which is probably why he hasn't been signed till now. I doubt he plays much for the Ravens.

This is when we had Chuck Pagano coaching up our defensive backs... and had Rex Ryan as our defensive coordinator.
With Dean Pees at DC and any DB coach not name Pagano... Fabian Washington wouldn't look like he deserves to play corner for a high school JV squad. I'd doubt if CJ will be any different, but who knows... I'll try and give him the benefit of the doubt. Probably just going to be an extra depth option.
