I have watched UCLA numerous games this year and have become a big fan of Datone Jones and almost strickly watch him. Anthony Barr is a big time player on that defense as well. My question for those who have watched him more than me is does he ever line up with his hand in the ground? Is he stricktly a linebacker or can he be a DE in nickel situations? _________________

He's a tremendous athlete and a prospect I'm really curious about as well. I think he could be a terrific 3-4 OLB with his pass rushing ability, athleticism, and range. _________________

As I said months ago he's a first rounder when all is said and done. I only have two ahead of him at OLB in a 3-4.
The only problem at this point are weight and exposure. _________________ PSN: Suavesky

To answer your question, he's strictly a OLB. He can play in the 43, but it would be in the von Miller role, where he'd be an attacking/blitzing OLB more than anything.
But he's really good, i dont see him as a first rounder, as he is pretty raw, but without a doubt a second rounder at the level of a guy like Ansah on more of an upside basis, he needs some work and a good amount of weight unless he plays in a 43 _________________

I have no doubt he is a 34 rush backer or 43 backer full time, but like Von Miller does I want to know if he can move down to DE in the Nickle and Dime packages. _________________

He's got no pass rush moves but he's so athletic its hard not to see a team taking a chance on him in the 20s atleast. He's rising fast. His pursuit of ball carriers is about as good as it gets. Great closing burst. Not awkward in space and he obviously has decent hands. Its a good year to be a 3-4 team.

That D would be beyond terrifying. Tuitt, Nix, Barr, Te'o, Shembo...... And if they had kept Lynch...... _________________

He'd probably be smart to stay in school and develop for another year. He is an incredible athlete, just needs to learn to play the position. Dominant in spite of how raw he is. _________________
