I have been a Raider fan for 35 years and the last 10 have been hard....I watch them now knowing that they will lose the game no matter who they play...this organzation has no passion to win for the last 10 years....I feel that the only person that can fix this is the man who lit the flame yesterday...I hope and pray that Jon Gruden comes back to coach this team and bring the passion back to the silver and black...Raider for Life

Passion is great. Out scheming your opponents is better. Dennis Allen has plenty of passion. What he appears to lack is smarts.

My hell. This place is reaching 'come back in a year' status.

Gruden's passion couldn't win with the talent on this team. And considering he's not exactly strong at drafting it doesn't add to his cause.

Gruden always complained about never having control of the draft. How was he responsible?

Wanted

-A fan base that understands years of a lack of patience by ownership has lead to a lack of depth and cap room today.
-A fan base that understands "rome wasn't built in a day", and that currently our foundation is not in good shape.

Right. Like Al Davis would give away draft power, especially to a coach he didn't like.

Wanted. A HC who doesn't think hiring Greg Knapp to run an offense is a good idea.

Wanted- Talent on defense, talent on offense. That would fix a lot of problems.

You are making point. BP suggested that Gruden was weak in the draft.
