Was the trade council better last year ? I know in previous years it has been a pain in the butt.
Also, the times for the draft that each team is allotted always seems to get srewed up.. Be nice to say vote in your time slot, which will be adjusted based on the picks before it, or you will be skipped....

When I ran it I only stopped a trade that the GM did without talking to his staff.

plenty. make the game less realistic so the runners of the game dont have to complain so much about sacrificing their time and other resources to allow us plebs to play a game--- gets real preachy real quick and it sucks to hear someone play the martyr card at every step of the way- no one cares and it just causes resentment from some members. including me. if you volunteer you don't get to rub it in someones face that you volunteered.
oh, and there wont be natural paradoxes such as a realistic game that allows only 3 year FA contracts that go for 80M dollars for Mario Manningham
Also- less human intervention- no fun when TB and CLE don't get to compete for the ridiculous contracts when 1) they have the most money and 2) its supposed to be realistic that no one wants to come to CLE but MARIO FREAKIN MANNINGHAM GETS 80M
DAL fought over whats his name with NE --- backup OT because he was ugly and he got up to like 5M JUST BECAUSE THEY HAD MONEY
go full realism- and no one will play or go laissez faire and many people will play... liked to they used to

Nt really... Screw that league... And the blue jackets. And their garbage owner for threatening to leave and basically blackmailing Columbus into buying the area and then giving the jackets free rent!!!! Columbus should have bought them a bus ticket and waved good bye.
